Congratulations to Harald Bader, who took first place in the open class at the 48th Klippeneck Gliding Competition with his EB29D two-seater. 

EB29 twice in front at Lilienthalglide 2016: 1st place for Markus Frank, followed by Alexander Müller in 2nd place, both with their EB29 single-seaters.

At the 2016 French Championships in La Roche-sur-Yon, Pierre de Broqueville achieved the highest score of 4151 with his EB29DR.

The winners of the open class at the 2016 Hahnweide competition are, for the second time in a row, the team of Jim Acketoft and Wilhelm Wendt with their EB28 two-seater.

At the 2016 Pribina Cup, the three participating EBs placed among the top six on all competition days.
